This is a DEMO brief used to test the sourcing tool end to end: proposals, the final round (best-and-final-offer), magic-link bidding, and award/decline. Pretend scope: a small Shopify microsite for a personalised gifting line — live 2D preview, per-product upload rules, dynamic pricing, and an enquiry/quote lane for bulk orders. Phased over roughly 30 days.
