Refund and Cancellation Policy – VelossaLabs
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Cancellations
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order.
- Requests may not be entertained if the order is already processed for shipping or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
- VelossaLabs does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
- Refunds or replacements will be considered if the user establishes that the delivered product is defective or not as described.
- In case of complaints regarding products with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
- If a refund is approved by VelossaLabs, it will be processed within 5 working days.
- Refunds, once processed, will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of transaction.
- In case of milestone-based service projects, partial refunds may be issued only for unused portions of the project, subject to management approval.
- No refunds will be issued once final deliverables have been shared, unless there is a clear breach of agreed scope or quality benchmarks.
Exceptions
- Advance payments are considered commitment fees and are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or unavailable assets, do not qualify for refunds.
- Custom or made-to-order service packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable after kickoff.
