We're looking for a project manager who can own delivery across concurrent client engagements — keeping design, engineering, and stakeholders aligned without slowing anyone down. At VelossaLabs, PMs run lean and move fast. AI is how you stay on top of everything without a team of coordinators behind you.

Requirements

3+ years of project management in a design studio, agency, or tech company
Strong understanding of design and frontend development workflows
Experience managing client-facing projects end-to-end — from kick-off to launch
Active AI user — you use AI to summarise meetings, draft updates, flag risks, and manage information overload daily
Demonstrated ability to build AI-assisted PM tooling — Notion automations, custom GPTs for briefs or reports, AI-powered retrospectives
Comfortable using AI to model timelines, generate edge-case scenarios, and brief stakeholders without waiting on others
Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, direct, no ambiguity
Comfortable operating in an environment that moves fast and builds as it goes
